Where Do We Stay?
Camp Dynamite is conducted at Potomac Park Retreat and Conference Center in Falling Waters, WV, only 75 minutes from Washington DC. You will stay in an air-conditioned dormitory-style or motel-type room with indoor bathroom facilities and will enjoy three hot meals each day.
Amenities include a gymnasium with fitness room, a nature trail, a miniature golf course, and an outdoor swimming pool.
Our staff is comprised of dedicated Christian youth and adults who volunteer their time. Our staff attend mandatory training sessions and have passed background checks. Children and youth campers are supervised 24 hours a day by counselors who are positive role models and whose primary concern is the campers.
What to Bring
Sheets/blankets (or sleeping bag) and pillow, towels, washcloth, soap, modest swimsuit, sweater or light jacket, modest clothes, tennis shoes, toothbrush, toothpaste, personal hygiene products, umbrella, Bible, etc.
We strongly recommend that parents write the name or initials of their children inside their clothing to prevent items from being lost.
